Jennifer Toy, BSN, RN

Aloha! I’m Jennifer. I’ve been a registered nurse for over 20 years. I graduated from Anne Arundel Community College in 2001 with my associate degree in nursing. I started my career at a local hospital, where I provided care to adults with various medical conditions and those undergoing surgical procedures on a medical-surgical floor. This experience honed my organizational, prioritization, assessment, and communication skills.

It was during this time that I realized the importance of IV hydration and its profound healing benefits.

In pursuit of professional growth, I embarked on a travel nursing journey, exploring different states and working in diverse hospital settings for the next five years. This provided me with a wealth of experience, ranging from working on floors specializing in neurology, orthopedics, burns, and emergency medicine. In 2009, I returned to my hometown in Maryland with a strong desire to expand my nursing expertise. It was there that I pursued and successfully achieved my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.

I have since dedicated my career exclusively to the Emergency Department, where I thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing my critical thinking skills and proficiency in IV insertion and administration.

Fate brought me to Maui when I met my husband, a native of this beautiful island. The decision to make Maui my home came naturally and it was here that my passion for health and wellness truly blossomed.

Driven by my curiosity, I delved into the study of IV hydration therapy, specifically exploring its benefits through the infusion of vitamins, nutrients, minerals, and amino acids. To further enhance my expertise, I obtained certification in IV Therapy at A4M. This journey ultimately led me to establish my own IV Therapy business in January 2000.

Nothing brings me greater joy than providing a service that enables people to live their best lives. I am committed to setting new milestones in wellness and fostering a culture of healthy living for both our Maui residents and visitors to the island.

When I’m not working, I have a deep passion for outdoor activities like hiking with my dogs, surfing, and mountain biking. Health and wellness are at the core of my interests, and I find immense joy in serving the community here on the beautiful island of Maui.

Erica Soderlind, FNP

Aloha! I’m Erica Soderlind, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) on a mission to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Originally hailing from Montana, I completed my undergraduate degree in nursing at Montana State University. Upon graduating, I followed my heart all the way to Hawaii, where I pursued a master’s degree in nursing at the University of Hawaii – Manoa, and I’m proud to say that I graduated with the highest honors in 2015.

After earning my stripes, I dove headfirst into my full-time career as a Nurse Practitioner at Straub Medical Center in Honolulu. There, I focused on serving patients in the outpatient pulmonary unit. I currently serve as a Nurse Practitioner for the Veterans Administration, where I can continue making a difference in the lives of those who have served our country.

Through the years, I have gained a particular interest in preventative health and wellness. I have an unwavering passion for empowering people to take control of their health proactively. That’s why I am thrilled to serve as the Medical Director for Holistic Hydration Maui. It’s an amazing opportunity for individuals to discover the incredible benefits of optimizing their health through IV hydration and vitamin infusions. Seeing people thrive and embrace a holistic approach to well-being brings me so much joy.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, and hiking. I also enjoy spending time cultivating my own well-being through study, self-care, and self-growth.
